Called Kokkarani a kind of well looks like the base of the Shivalingam. Nobody knows it's exact function and reason but they use te water from this well to perform Dhara

  Panchavadyam but very mellowed with only 3 elephants. I have seen up to 7 elephants The traditional aduppu The Paththayapura Inside the temple This was originally the Kathakali platform Shiveli pantham more than 200 yrs old
